Josh Alexander’s legal battle continues.

The 17-year-old was suspended from St. Joseph’s Catholic High School in Renfrew, Ontario, in November, 2022, for asserting that there are two genders, and for staging a walkout protest in support of female students objecting to “transgender” males being allowed to use their bathrooms.

Alexander is now asking the court to review the school board’s decision that upheld his suspension, but which was never made public.

James Kitchen, Alexander’s lawyer, has filed an application requesting the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to conduct a judicial review of the Renfrew County Catholic District School Board (RCCDSB) decision that upheld Alexander’s suspension, but was placed under a publication ban. That decision was issued on December 18 of last year.        

“Nobody knows the reasons why the school board has upheld the exclusions and suspensions. They can’t test the panel’s reasons. They can’t review them and think about them, comment on them, and critique them.”

Josh Alexander and a female Grade 12 student testified at the board hearing in support of Alexander’s case, with the Grade 12 student explaining how uncomfortable she felt sharing a bathroom with a biological male. 

The RCCDSB has cited concerns for privacy as the reason for placing a publication ban on the decision, but this is clearly just one more example of the increasingly Orwellian society being ushered in by radical woke agents who permeate every level of politics, education, and the corporate world. 

Josh Alexander’s brave actions are proving that in Canada today, telling simple truths such as that there are only two genders, or that women deserve the protection of private spaces not open to biological males, have become acts that are deemed criminal in secret courts whose judgments you aren’t allowed to read.
