Will force children toward a therapeutic pathway that holds significant medical risks, including permanent sterility
Deprives parents of psychotherapeutic options for their gender dysphoric children that are considered gold standard in other jurisdictions such as Australia-New Zealand, Finland, and Sweden
Threatens parents’ rights to direct the health care of their children
Restricts the freedom of expression of medical professionals and religious leaders

Canadians feel like democracy is on the rocks, that no party represents the voice of the people now.
Heartbreaking that this bill C-4 passed unanimously through house with no-one recognizing the harm that can and will be done for individuals confused about their sexuality. This bill denies the right of individuals, both children and adults, to seek answers including counselling before, during and after their decision to change their sexuality. It threatens parents, pastors and counsellors with prison if they even respond to individuals seeking answers re: their sexuality choices. PAFE has described the situation well. No Canadian is in favour of forced counselling but every individual should have the right to free discussion with those they trust. We ask for the House of 2nd thought to consider the wisdom of this bill for individuals and for our country. Please vote against it.
Please take a careful look at Bill C-4 and consider the consequences of this bill should it be passed.
The major concern is that guiding our children from a moral and biblical view will not be tolerated and could result in penalties unheard of in our great country. We sing “God keep our land glorious and free….”.
