After numerous calls and emails from PAFE supporters, the presentation by LGBT activist group, Get REAL that was originally scheduled for December 17, was postponed at St. Anthony’s School in the York Catholic Board!

Many thanks to all who contacted the principal and school board with your concerns that no gender ideology should be presented to students.  Your efforts paid off in spades!

This is what can happen when parents and concerned citizens work together to protect students!    

The Director of Education, Ab Falconi, said that senior staff would be looking at Get REAL and the presentation in the new year. He said that if a presentation on LGBT themes is approved, it would respect Catholic teachings on sexuality and not contain any gender ideology.  So PAFE is asking parents to continue to monitor the situation in January.

If you hear of inappropriate workshops or activities taking place in other schools, please let us know so we can inform parents in that area to voice their concerns to the principal and school board.
