Delegate Info for PC Party Policy Convention

Congratulations on becoming a delegate! (or alternate delegate)

You, and hundreds of others, have answered the call to be an important voice at the PC Party convention on behalf of thousands of families across Ontario.

In the next 8 days, you will be receiving almost daily email updates on convention activities from me. Please read these updates carefully. If someone you know is a delegate, and is NOT receiving PAFE's convention update emails, please email us their name and we’ll get in touch.

1. Registration

Great news! The early bird fee has been extended

2. PC Party Convention Schedule

The official schedule by the PC Party for the weekend has been released. You can view it by clicking here.

On-site check-in/registration for delegates starts at 1pm on Friday November 16. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in/registration will continue throughout Friday and even on Saturday November 16. You don’t have to show up only on Friday at 1pm to register. Plan your time accordingly. You will be able to show up early Saturday morning and register at that time. Also, whenever you show up to register, you will need to bring proper identification (a driver’s license is sufficient, or other government photo ID and proof of address, student card)

3. PAFE’s Suggested Schedule

PAFE has identified priority events in the schedule, and in the coming days we’ll be giving you a schedule of what we believe are the most important things to attend.

Currently, the important policy voting session is scheduled to take place Saturday November 17 from 8:15am-10:30am. Please make sure that you have registered BEFORE 8:15am Saturday and that you are at the convention BEFORE this voting session begins.

There will be an opportunity for you to attend a session hosted by me sometime on Saturday afternoon and for you to meet the PAFE team and other pro-family delegates.

On Sunday morning you can drop in and vote for the Executive (new party president and the new VPs) anytime between 7am-10am. Voting for constitutional amendments will take place from 10am-12pm.

4. Travel Plans and Accommodations

Please email us and let us know where you will be staying and what days you will attend the convention. This will help us plan. Remember: It is important you make it to the policy voting on Saturday November 17 from 8:15am-10:30am.

If you have ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS about any of this, please let us know immediately by emailing [email protected] or leaving a message at 416-763-7233.

Check your email every day for more updates!

See you next weekend!
